How do I check availability?
When browsing our website, you will find the "BOOK NOW" button located next to each hotel name if available for the requested dates, this means the hotel is available with instant confirmation for at least 1 room. If the button is Grey with the words ‘Unavailable’ it means there is no availability for the requested dates.


I have submitted a booking – what happens now?
An email voucher will be sent to the nominated email address with all the reservation details. Please print this voucher and take with you when checking into the hotel.


How can I amend/cancel my booking?
Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking please send the details to our email address with your booking number and one of our consultants will have a response for you between 24-48 hours.


Are there amendment/cancellation fees?
There are no amendment fees however there are cancellation fees. Each hotel has a different cancellation fee. Please check your confirmation voucher for the cancellation fees and conditions.


What happens if there is a problem with the hotel when I arrive? The first step is to contact the Reception desk at the Hotel, to see if the matter can be settled directly. If you continue to have problems that require our attention and cannot be solved by you at the hotel, please call our nearest customer service office as soon as possible.


I have made a booking however I have called the hotel to check the reservation and the hotel informed me there isn’t a booking.
Some of the Hotels have allotted a number of rooms with our company each day. We then allocate your name to these available rooms. We keep all your details on file, until we submit the full name and details of each booking, a set number of days before the check in date. So please do not be alarmed if the Hotel does not have your booking details, as they are on file, and will be submitted closer to your check in date.


Do I have to submit my credit card details online?
We encourage all our users to submit their credit card information via our secure online credit card form. This makes it easier for us to process your booking requests quicker and more efficiently however in some cases we may accept bank transfer or cheque payments.


When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged for the full amount immediately after you submit the credit card form, and the Confirmation Voucher is then sent to the email address you specified.


I was submitting a booking and received an error on the last step, has my booking confirmed?
A message will show on the screen advising what the error means. The most common problems are incorrect credit details, insufficient funds or simply a time out error. If you are unsure of the error please give us a call.
