OUR WEBSITE

HOW DO I CHECK AVAILABILITY?

When browsing our website, you will find the "BOOK NOW" button located next to each villa name if available for the requested dates, this means the villa is available with instant confirmation for at least 1 room. If the button is Grey with the words 'Unavailable' it means there is no availability for the requested dates.

WHAT DOES 'ON REQUEST' MEAN?

On Request means that this particular villa is not available for immediate confirmation online as the villa requires the availability to be checked by the villa prior to confirmation. Your booking details will be sent to the villa and confirmation will be sent within 24- 48 hours. If the villa is available your credit card will be automatically charged and you will be emailed a booking voucher.

I HAVE SUBMITTED A BOOKING – WHAT HAPPENS NOW?

An email voucher will be sent to the nominated email address with all the reservation details. Please print this voucher and take with you when checking into the villa.

HOW CAN I AMEND/CANCEL MY BOOKING?

Should you wish to amend or cancel your existing booking please send the details to our email address with your booking number and one of our consultants will have a response for you between 24-48 hours.

ARE THERE AMENDMENT/CANCELLATION FEES?

Each villa has a different cancellation fee. These fees are shown on the last page before confirming your booking and also on the confirmation voucher that is emailed to you.

DO I HAVE TO SUBMIT MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ONLINE?

We encourage all our users to submit their credit card information via our secure online credit card form. This makes it easier for us to process your booking requests quicker and more efficiently.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?

Your credit card is charged for the full amount immediately after you submit the credit card form, and the Confirmation Voucher is then sent to the email address 
you specified.

I WAS SUBMITTING A BOOKING AND RECEIVED AN ERROR ON THE LAST STEP, HAS MY BOOKING CONFIRMED?

A message will show on the screen advising what the error means. The most common problems are incorrect credit details, insufficient funds or simply a time out error. If you are unsure of the error please give us a call.

YOUR ARRIVAL IN BALI

HOW DOES CHECK IN PROCEDURES WORK WITH VILLAS?

Some villas do have reception facilities just like hotels. All you'll need to do is present your email confirmation upon check in. Other villas are exclusive 1 villa properties and do not have a reception desk. At the time of booking please state your arrival time and your villa manager will greet you at the villa. Some villas may also include airport transfers. Please state your flights details in your booking online and a representative from the villa will await for you at the airport and you will be driven to the villa. If transfers are not included we can add them to your booking for a small fee.

VILLA SERVICES

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A PERSONAL CHEF AT MY VILLA, WHAT ARE THE COSTS INVOLVED?

Some villas offer private chefs that are included in the nightly rate. The only additional fees to pay are the groceries & beverages for each meal. If the chef is not included in the nightly rate the villa can arrange this for you once your booking is confirmed from as little as AUD$25 per day.

IS HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES AVAILABLE?

Yes, most villas will include daily housekeeping services. The maid's services will include normal hotel housekeeping duties.

CAN A POOL FENCE BE HIRED FOR THE SAFETY OF MY CHILDREN?

Yes, we can arrange a pool fence. Some villas offer this service free of charge or some may incur a fee. Please take a look at the villa's detail page for this information.

CAN YOU ARRANGE SPA SERVICES IN THE VILLA?

Yes, we can organize spa services. Services start from as little as AUD$12.

HOW CAN I ARRANGE A LATE CHECKOUT?

Most villas offer a late checkout of up to 6pm for 50% of the nightly rate or after 6pm for 100% of the nightly rate. You may add these details in the comments section online. The additional charges are payable at the villa upon check in.

CAN YOU ARRANGE AIRPORT TRANSFERS IF MY PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE THEM?

Yes, airport transfers start from AUD$30 each way for 2 adults. Please email us your flight details and we can reply to you with a quote.
